In this video, I want to take a look at a potential method of getting to the double ankle position shown in the previous video via open guard sweeps. I have found a great deal of success with transitioning from an X guard into the Cross guard (All of this can be found in the Open Guard Series), attacking the far ankle before then sweeping my opponent and applying a straight foot look before they have time to react.
