In this video, we focus on the importance of knee-to-elbow connection through another (relatively) simple eco drill. The key here is to avoid leaving yourself wide open for your opponent to pass. By maintaining a connection between your knees and elbows, you create effective barriers that make it difficult for your opponent to flatten you out or pass your guard. Note the balance between not overextending and not curling up too tightly. This will teach you effective framing and transitions into various guard positions while keeping control of your opponent.
