In this video, we'll channel our inner Elvis and explore a pass to knee on belly that I particularly like, building on previous techniques where we focus on clearing our partner’s feet and getting closer to the torso. Instead of the traditional approach, I use a "question mark" motion with my knee, allowing me to clear my opponent's bottom leg more effectively. This technique involves a slight side step and flaring the knee out at an angle, driving the weight through the knee and shin to achieve a tight knee-on-hip position.
