We’ll demonstrate how to set up this choke from a reverse kesa gatame or modified north-south position, focusing on key details like deep arm placement and compressing your opponent's shoulder. This technique requires patience, but when executed correctly, it can be a highly effective submission - it's also a great way to "cook" someone and sap them of the will to live!
